Makhana Powder (Makhana Flour)

How to Prepare Makhana Powder
- Take 2–3 cups of Makhana and dry roast lightly (optional).
- Grind into a fine powder using a mixer or grinder.
- Take ½ cup Makhana powder in a bowl.
- Add hot water gradually and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Add ghee at the end and mix properly.
- Allow it to cool slightly, then add honey before consuming.
