Makhana Powder is a traditional and nutritious preparation made by grinding dried makhana seeds into a fine flour. It is easy to digest, highly nourishing, and widely used in Ayurveda for strength, stamina, digestion, and overall wellness.

How to Prepare Makhana Powder

  • Take 2–3 cups of Makhana and dry roast lightly (optional).
  • Grind into a fine powder using a mixer or grinder.
  • Take ½ cup Makhana powder in a bowl.
  • Add hot water gradually and mix well to avoid lumps.
  • Add ghee at the end and mix properly.
  • Allow it to cool slightly, then add honey before consuming.
